Alicia Keys gives WNBA an assist
It has yet to be determined if Alicia Keys has a nice jump shot, but the Grammy Award-winning singer is about to join the WNBA for a full season. Keys has wrapped up the filming of a promotional spot that will air before all 22 WNBA games aired on ESPN2 and ABC.
The video was shot at a live concert in Anaheim, California and features her hit single “Superwoman”, from her latest album As I Am. The WNBA season begins on Saturday, May 17 when the defending champions Phoenix Mercury, led by Diana Taurasi, will host the Los Angeles Sparks, who acquired this year’s first round draft pick, Candace Parker.
The game will be broadcast on ABC and will feature the Keys’ promotional video.

Alicia Keys is nice but it’s a treat to see Candace play. I can’t believe how good she is or how beautiful!
