Alicia Keys on Deck For James Bond Theme Song?
R&B superstar Alicia Keys may be the next talent on deck to sing the title song for “Quantum of Solace,” the 22nd James Bond movie, according to reports.
Amy Winehouse, Beyonce Knowles, Leona Lewis, Duran Duran, Jack White, Duffy and Annie Lennox are some of the other big name performers who submitted songs for consideration to producers of the film, which stars British actor Daniel Craig as the suave secret agent.
Although no official announcement has been made, a source told E! Online, “I believe Alicia is the winner.”
Keys’s publicist declined to comment when contacted by E!.
The movie is due to open theaters in November.
