If you keep disrespecting someone on National TV like you don’t know how to be professional for your job, or where to handle your personal problems then you need to be let the hell go. That is dangerous and will mess up your business. If they clowned on each other before sometimes it’s okay, but that continuous attack on Rocsi was ugly and was uncalled for on National TV. It was selfish, did he care that Millions were watching and didn’t need to be subjected to that. He disrespected us all.

Overall, 106 & Park needs to be removed off the air completely. Forget terrence, rocsi, aj and free…da show can’t even keep good hostesses, much less play an entire song.
Didn’t Rocsi and terrence get the job through a contest….now that just shows you how much 106 & Park is hurting.
As for terrence, he needs to know when the joking ends, I mean don’t let your career (won through a contest) swell up your brain….hmmm i wonder what he would’ve been if he lost???????????????
Rocsi definitely should’ve of acted professionally about the situation and waited til after the show or during break to handle the issue, instead of not coming back on stage.

To be honest I think they both always wanted to be like Free and AJ. They were the best host that 106 & Park ever had. And they kept it professional and fun all of the time. I am not big fans of Rocsi & Terrance J and if BET gets new host I would not be mad. All in all you know when someones buttons are getting pushed and regardless to how they joke in the past Terrance should have stopped when he saw that Rocsi was getting mad. He was wrong for keeping it going after she walked off. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! He better not shed a tear or apologize if they fire him. My 2 cents: I agree with Dtrain, I read that they did have a relationship outside of the show, and when things went sour the tension showed on air, which is why you never mix business with pleasure. was Terrence wrong for going so hard at her during the whole show, maybe, i agree it was disrespectful but as a professional woman she should not have walked off and let everyone see her sweat.

If you could not see the undertones that Terrance was giving, you’re crazy. He knew what he was going and he knew he was going too far. She gave off many hints that he was going to far and was doing too much. We don’t know what happens during commercial breaks but i am sure it was addressed. She should file this with HR and he should either be put on probation or fired. If you know there is tention between you two for whatever reason, address it in closed doors, not to us. And everything he did and said after she walked off, i’m surprised she didn’t run back on and beat him down. He should take his own advice and be professional. These are definitely comments made either by unemployed people or children. Rocsi is a television personality as is Terrance. They both have to realize that they are viewed by the young adults that absorb seemingly enough all the negative behaviors they see on tv. He was absolutely taking it to far, and it should have been on him as a man to stop that behavior. Young men see that and treat young ladies that way. That was mental abuse at this point! And she should have never walked off. She could have dealt with him with out degrading him or herself. (we don’t have to curse or banter back to get our point across-it just creates more noise) She showed young women that allowing a man to disrespect women and then running off in shame is our only resort.
